Blue Falcon was created by Nikolaus Grablowitz, an Austrian entrepreneur born in Vienna, now based in Dubai. With two Master’s degrees (Business & Real Estate) and a background shaped by both European structure and Middle Eastern dynamism, Nikolaus brings a global mindset to the heart of every transaction.
